A few years ago, it would have been inconceivable for any major American political figure to call himself a nationalist—let alone the president. But today, at a rally for Ted Cruz in Houston, President Trump enthusiastically took on the nationalist label:
“You know what I am? I’m a nationalist,” the president belted proudly.
In language that is sure to trigger many in the mainstream media, he also criticized globalists. Trump said, “You know what a globalist is, right?” Yes, Donald we know exactly what a (((globalist))) is. We know that they don’t have our nation’s interest at heart.
He ended the thought on his nationalist beliefs by encouraging his supporters to “use that word, use that word.”
The nationalist takeover of the GOP is nearly complete. We are left with a party that is overwhelmingly White and overwhelmingly nationalist. The next logical step isn’t hard to figure out.
